Background
The Amazon hub team approached Brainrider with a request to promote their apartment locker solution, which allows occupants in buildings without a concierge to receive deliveries safely. The campaign aimed to persuade building owners and management to request and acquire lockers on a subscription basis. The Brainrider team was charged with developing and implementing a digital marketing campaign, including the design and content for a landing page and email marketing. As part of this engagement, it was critical to convey the benefits of the product to both building owners and renters, as well as any technical constraints.
My Role
As Senior Designer I was responsible for creating the first look and feel of the campaign, beginning with the e-mail deliverables, using aspects from an existing hub-specific brand guideline. We produced five email variations in this campaign, each with slightly different messaging. The aim was to test the five variations in order to drive as many conversions as possible. My task after the original design was to manage the creation of the campaign landing page, ensuring clear and straightforward information about the product and persuading consumers to sign up for the service.
