Background

Lyft asked Brainrider for assistance in rolling out their email marketing material. We were able to produce various email campaigns that were consistent with the Lyft brand tone of voice and visual identity by working jointly with our in-house team of writers and designers as well as closely with the client. During our time working with Lyft, they went through a few brand iterations and changes, and we were able to adapt to these changes quickly due to the open communication and relationships we built with the client.

My Role

Whilst working with Lyft, my initial responsibility was to participate in the creative process firsthand, collaborating with internal and external writers to create clear and effective email marketing campaigns. This entailed collaborating with Lyft's internal marketing team to verify that designs adhered to current brand guidelines and that the structure, design and language of the emails clearly addressed campaign objectives. Once a design style was established, it was my responsibility to ensure the continuity of the brand across further campaigns.
