Background

In order to boost traffic and conversions to their blog posts, Indeed asked Brainrider to overhaul their in-article imagery. With a focus on maintaining the brand's tone and consistency, we collaborated with our creative team to generate a number of proposals for the client, before agreeing on an effective and on-brand creative direction. As new content was constantly being produced, the goal was to develop not only an interesting and effective solution but also a design that could be quickly adjusted to all current and upcoming content.

My Role

My role as design lead was to communicate with the client to fully understand what the goal of the design refresh was trying to accomplish, including what wasn’t working about their current visual treatment. Once this was established I collaborated with my team to develop a presentation of concepts, utilizing illustration and photography. It was important to maintain consistency not only with the Indeed brand but also with the look and feel established across their site. Once a design style had been established and approved by the client I provided oversight in the rollout of further illustrations as required.
